have never felt more comfortable or confident in an eye clinic. After a very difficult experience elsewhere, I was honestly nervous walking in — but from the moment I arrived, everything changed.
From reception, to Nurse Catherine, to Dr. Ward, the professionalism was exceptional. More importantly, the level of kindness and care was something you don’t often see. They truly went out of their way to make me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for.
I cannot say enough about my experience here. If you’re feeling anxious about an eye appointment, this is the place to go.

I LOVE Dr. Ward, he’s so personable. Such a joy and he doesn’t even need to be! I’m grateful to stumble across him. I’ve been going to him for a few years now and will continue to. His staff is just as wonderful, seemingly hand picked to be the best of the best in customer service. I have a lot of joy and peace when I leave there! Here are the glasses I picked out today, can’t wait to get them back!!

The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful from checking in to picking out frames. I've never experienced a significant wait to be seen for my appointment. Dr. Ward is exceptional! He has a vibrant warm energy that even made my children at ease when they first started seeing him years ago. Costs are explained up front, and there's no pressure to buy frames there (although we usually do purchase frames at our appointments.) When my youngest got contacts the staff patiently worked with him over several appointments to teach him how to get them in, and celebrated his eventful success. I truly feel like everyone there cares and remembers their patients. 10 out of 10 experience every time for multiple years!

Excellent and prompt service. Heather was personable and worked efficiently. The doctor was really good with the kids. We were able to pick the perfect pair of glasses within the wide selection of glasses the office offers. The staff was so helpful; they went as far as to adjust and repair my daughter’s broken glasses from another office! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
