This office got me in for an urgent concern immediately. Everyone I dealt with was kind, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. They made a stressful visit easy and comforting. Although they were highly efficient, I never felt rushed or hurried. I cannot recommend the Cleveland Eye Clinic & Dr. Bafna enough. I wish every trip to a Doctor was this pleasant and helpful.
Everyone at the Cleveland Eye Clinic Elyria Office is very professional and customer friendly. The Optician Assistant was very professional and patient. Patient care is obviously a priority. Dr. Lin is a highly experienced and well qualified provider who takes the time to explain clearly all the steps needed to achieve our vision objectives,

This was my first visit. The staff members I had contact with were wonderful.Dr Lin is my doctor. She is very caring and an excellent doctor. She explained everything she was doing in terms that I could understand. I was extremely happy with my visit and would recommend Dr Lin and CEC to anyone.
I was impressed with Dr. Lin’s assistant. She was very friendly, competent and explained what she was doing as she did it. Although I having been coming here for a number of years, this was my first with Dr. Lin. She is a caring individual who explained herself well and gave me treatment options. This was a relaxing yet professional environment. I would definitely recommend her. My only criticism concerns the waiting area. It does not leave you with a favorable impression. The chairs were outdated and worn, and the area did not seem as clean as it should be.
