Dr. Ward was very nice. He was pleasant, professional and interested in me. Eye exam was easy and I was informed about each one before proceeding. Good people, safe area. I recommend you lend them your eye.
Excellent and prompt service. Heather was personable and worked efficiently. The doctor was really good with the kids. We were able to pick the perfect pair of glasses within the wide selection of glasses the office offers. The staff was so helpful; they went as far as to adjust and repair my daughter’s broken glasses from another office! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
My experience here was SPECTACULAR!! From the first conversation on the phone making the appointment, to the amazing friendly Technician Heather Gentry, super friendly, accommodating, well informed, professional, and was able to answer the questions I had and comfort me during my nervousness. Also Dr.Ward was awesome! He was friendly and addressed all my needs and concerns. This places customer service exceeded my expectations. As someone who worked in customer service it’s a big deal when I see people take pride in their job and treat their clients well. Thanks again. 10 out of 10!

I have always received excellent care here and while there are many very good team members, I’d like to specifically thankDr. Ward and Melissa at the front desk for taking such good care of my eyes and making my regular eye appointment a pleasure.
All the staff is very polite and friendly. Very courteous and helpful. My family and I love this office. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable and professional. Cathy was very sweet and friendly.
